RACV City Club Level 2 Meeting Rooms

This project involved conversion of an existing large store room into 2 No. additional meeting & function rooms to match the adjacent existing rooms of the RACV City Club in Bourke Street.  All works were scheduled around the occupation of the existing rooms with all noisy works either completed out of hours or scheduled when the existing rooms were not in use.

 

Works included demolition of an existing wall and erection of temporary hoardings, new operable walls, including structural steel support, external windows and doors, timber veneer doors & joinery, acoustic wall panelling & automated blinds.  New carpet , air-conditioning, lighting & audio-visual works by the clients nominated contractors were also included within the scope of works and managed by Roubaix Projects.
