RMIT Medical Hub

Our experienced construction team at Roubaix Projects completed the fit-out of the RMIT Medical Hub, transforming a vacant tenancy into a fully operational medical facility. Our attention to detail and expertise in construction allowed us to seamlessly connect the new facility to the existing medical hub whilst still operating, providing patients and medical professionals with a state-of-the-art facility that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

University of Melbourne, Mercy for Women Hospital, Level 4 Office Refurbishment

This 400m2 office fit-out and refurbishment  project presented various challenges.  The works took place within a hospital environment with an adjacent fully functioning PC2 Lab requiring access through the construction works zone and the site was directly below a maternity ward.

Our services included upgrades to existing amenities such as the lunch room and toilets, installation of plaster and glazed partitions, bespoke joinery items, feature wall cladding and installation of new carpets. Our construction team worked closely with the hospital staff to ensure minimal disruption throughout the duration of the project.
