Roubaix Projects is led by the founding Director Mark de Zoete and longstanding Associate Director Anthony Hewitt and was formed with the express goal of providing a unique construction experience that focuses on quality and efficiency. Our directors are involved in every aspect of the construction process, from tendering to the completion of the defects liability period. Our experienced project managers ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget without compromising on quality. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
At Roubaix Projects our services include office fit-outs, base building refurbishments, laboratories, lobby & bathroom refurbishments, heritage work, facade works, services upgrades, and new builds. We perform a large proportion of our work within the education sector in particular undertaking various projects at University of Melbourne, Victoria University and Monash University. We are also proud to be a pre-qualified contractor on the Victorian Government Construction Supplier Register (CSR).
We are not a builder that once we have been awarded a project, then conducts an exhaustive search for the cheapest subcontractors. Our commitment to quality is reflected in the subcontractors we choose to work with. We don't just rely on anyone to get the job done, we carefully select a core group of capable and quality subcontractors to ensure that our projects are completed to the highest standards. With our expert team and our selected subcontractors, we are able to ensure quality, safety and progress onsite.
