Cremorne Warehouse to Office Conversion

This project entailed a complete strip-out of the existing single-storey warehouse facility, which included the removal of all amenities, fixtures, fittings, and the existing roofing. The redesign introduced an open-plan office space featuring a new roof and comprehensive insulation throughout the building. Additionally, we implemented new mechanical services and lighting, as well as modern kitchen and amenities. The project is accentuated by elegant hoop pine plywood ceilings and a meticulously grind and sealed existing concrete floor.
